Mario Alberto Rocha García is a partner with the PwC legal practice. He joined in 2001 and has more than 20 years of professional experience in legal corporate services, entity corporate compliance, restructuring, M&A, due diligence, contracting, foreign investments, antitrust, intellectual property, labour, energy, regulatory and corporate governance services for national and international companies.
Mario received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico, and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in international businesses by the Francisco de Vitoria University (Madrid, Spain). He also has a diploma on internet law from Harvard Law School and a diploma in energy from the Mexican Bar Association. He has been admitted to practise by the Spanish Bar Association.
