Manuel José Eyzaguirre is a Chilean attorney working as a visiting associate with Linklaters for its Latin-American finance and capital markets practice in New York.
Prior to joining Linklaters, he worked as an associate for the corporate, finance, real estate and construction practices in the Chilean law firm Morales & Besa.
He has experience advising private and public entities, investment funds and high-net-worth individuals in debt and equity issuance, liability management, corporate and project finance, regulatory compliance, merges and acquisitions, real estate and construction projects and restructuring matters, with emphasis on project development and general advice.
Manuel José holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and an LLM from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, as well as a diploma in real estate law of the company from the University of the Andes.
