Luis A García Campuzano specialises in corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions, with a strong focus on corporate governance, ethics and compliance, and anti-corruption. Luis has represented Mexican and foreign corporations in the design and implementation of their corporate governance structures and their ethics and compliance programmes, and has advised business and civic organisations on proposed anti-corruption legislation.

Luis obtained his law degree from the University of Monterrey and holds a master of laws (LLM) degree from Harvard Law School and a master of science in management degree from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
