José Virgílio Enei is the head of the infrastructure and energy area at Machado Meyer law firm in Brazil, where he has been practising for more than 20 years focused on M&A, project finance and PPPs. Virgilio holds master’s and LLM degrees in law (University of São Paulo and University of Virginia), is qualified both in Brazil and NY, and is frequently recognised by all legal publications as a leading and recommended lawyer in his areas of practice.
