José Pardo is partner at Carey and co-head of the firm’s antitrust and regulated markets group. His main practice includes antitrust, regulation, administrative law and litigation.
He has been recognised in competition and antitrust by international publications such as Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500 and Best Lawyers. He is member of the Litigation Commission of Libertades Públicas AG and a teaching assistant at the University of Chile. He worked as a foreign associate in the antitrust and competition group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Brussels (2016–2017).
José is co-author of a book and several articles for national and national publications. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Chile. He also holds an LLM from the University of Chicago and a degree in administrative law from the Catholic University of Chile.
