Jorge Luis Moreno Félix is a managing director with PwC’s Deals Latin America based in Mexico City and leads the business restructuring and corporate finance practice for the region, with more than 16 years of experience in operations, finance and turnarounds.
Jorge has worked across various industries (energy and oil and gas, infrastructure, manufacturing, retail (electronics, apparel, automotive, food), telecommunications, airlines, housing, financial services, tourism, digital media, among others), advising on complex transactions, financial and operational restructurings, distressed transactions, business and financial advisory, creditor advisory, business plan development, liquidations, among other things.
Prior to joining PwC, Jorge worked for nine years for a management consulting firm focused on advising in financial distress situations and turnarounds.
Jorge studied mechanical engineering at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education and holds an MBA from Instituto Panamericano y Alta Dirección de Empresas.
