Jaime Cruzat is an associate of the environment and natural resources group of the Dentons office in Santiago. Jaime’s practice focuses on mining and water law. He has experience litigating in mining matters, such as nullity proceedings, oppositions, easements and the expiration of mining concessions. His practice also focuses in the use, acquisition, and constitution of mining and water rights. He also advises in due diligence processes of mining and non-conventional renewable energy (NCRE) projects. In recent years, Jaime has advised national and foreign companies in mining exploration and exploitation projects, giving general corporate advice to mining companies.
