Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Francisco José Rodríguez Nepote received a law degree from the Panamerican University, Guadalajara Campus. He is the founding partner of Corona & Nepote, a law firm located in Mexico City and Guadalajara. Mr Rodríguez Nepote has represented clients in matters of civil, commercial and amparo litigation, litigating before federal and local courts since 2005.
His practice has specialised in contentious matters of bankruptcy, civil and commercial litigation, and commercial arbitration.
