A partner in the environmental and ESG areas of Demarest Advogados, Fernanda Vianna Stefanelo holds a bachelor of laws degree from Faculdades Integradas Toledo, as well as specialisations in environmental law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and in environmental management and business in the energy sector from he University of São Paulo (USP). She also holds a master’s degree in environmental law from the Catholic University of Santos. Fernanda is a member of the legal committee of the Brazilian Association of Environmental Consulting and Engineering Companies, the Latin American Climate Lawyers Initiative for Mobilizing Action, the Group for Advanced Studies in Agrarian Law of the Arcadas Foundation at USP and the ESG commission of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law.
