Felipe de Marinis is a senior associate to the dispute resolution practice of Claro & Cia, active in arbitration, litigation, consumer protection law, international commerce, and antitrust and economic regulation. Felipe has acted on behalf of national and foreign clients before the Chilean courts and arbitral tribunals, both domestic and international, and has been involved in arbitrations under the aegis of the ICC, AAA, ICSID, PCA, UNCITRAL and the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. Felipe has been recognised by Chambers and Partners as an Associate to Watch in Dispute Resolution – Arbitration category, both in the Latin America and Global rankings. He teaches arbitration at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. As of 2023, Felipe is a member of the CAM Santiago’s young arbitrators’ roster.
