Fabio Rawet Heilberg is a senior associate in TozziniFreire’s compliance and investigation practice group, and focuses on conducting fraud, corruption and other white-collar internal investigations, and designing and implementing compliance programmes. He also has experience in anti-corruption and fraud due diligence in the mining, oil and gas, chemical, information technology, wind power and auto parts sectors, among others. Fabio graduated from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado, in São Paulo, Brazil and earned his LLM with honours from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and a Business and Administration Certificate from the Kellogg School of Management. He is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional International with the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. From 2017 to 2018, Fabio worked as an international associate in the white collar and regulatory defence group of Debevoise & Plimpton in New York.
