Fabio is a founding partner and head of the corporate, M&A and contracts departments at Kestener, Granja & Vieira Advogados. Passionate about challenges, he has worked at various law firms and multinational companies with an emphasis on corporate transactions, sale and purchase of assets or shares and corporate reorganisations, international corporate planning, foreign direct investments, various commercial agreements such as loans, transfer of technology, intellectual property agreements in general, sale and purchase of goods, with great recognition in the life sciences sector. Recently, Fabio has been tackling face on the challenges related to data protection and privacy entering with them into the future. Fabio graduated from Universidade Mackenzie in 1998, specialising in Contracts (2001), and has a master’s degree and PhD in International Law (2010 –2015), all from Pontificia Universidade Catolica (PUC-SP). Fabio has worked actively and been directly involved in significant transactions of the automotive, infrastructure, internet and information technology and life sciences industries being a versatile lawyer with strong academic background.
