Eugenio Sepúlveda focuses his professional practice on financial restructuring and insolvency, M&A and corporate financing. He has recently participated in various financial restructuring transactions in the housing, mortgage origination, government procurement and manufacturing industries. Additionally, he has recently participated in M&A transactions in various industrial and commercial sectors, as well as the financing of state and municipal infrastructure.
He studied law at the Panamerican University and holds an MBA from Boston University.
