Carolina Rozo Gutiérrez is a partner at PPU. She is an expert in tax planning, business reorganisations, business tax structuring, and mergers and acquisitions and tax litigation cases. She is a former president of the tax chapter of the Colombian-American Chamber of Commerce, and is a board member of both the Colombian Tax Institute and the Colombian chapter of the International Fiscal Association. She lectures in tax law, and is an author and speaker on tax matters. She is also a PhD candidate in tax law.
Mrs Rozo has advised important clients on litigious issues of a tax nature before the tax and administrative authorities in the country.
