Carolina Porras is a partner at PPU. She is an expert on advising local and foreign companies in matters of individual labour law, collective, social security and immigration. She has experience in representing companies in labour disputes and is equally dedicated to consultations on all issues of workplace counselling.
Carolina has a law degree from the Pontifical Xavierian University (2005) and postgraduate degrees in administrative law (2007) and labour law (2009) from the same institution. She also has master’s degrees in international and European labour law from Tilburg University (2010) and in labour law specialisation from the University of Salamanca (2014).
