Ángela García

With more than 10 years of experience, Ángela is director of the corporate and M&A practice. She advises national and international clients on transactions for the acquisition and sale of shares or assets. She also advises her clients in connection with corporate reorganisations, the definition of structures to invest in Colombia and the negotiation of joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, among other things. Ángela has worked on deals for the acquisition and sale of companies in a wide range of industries such as oil and gas, mining, pharmaceuticals, health services, aeronautics and infrastructure. She has also participated in cross-border reorganisations and has advised private capital fund and entrepreneurs in funding rounds for start-ups.

Ángela received her JD from Rosario University and holds an LLM from Northwestern University, a master’s in international law from Paris 2 University (Panthéon-Assas) and a master’s 2 in arbitration and international trade law from Versailles University.
