Augusto Loli is one of the main partners of Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas, where he leads the litigation practice area. He has over 20 years of experience as a professional attorney specialising in white-collar crime, compliance and complex corporate litigation. He has designed and implemented the defence strategies of several high-profile criminal cases involving public officials, the financial sector, telecommunications infrastructure, industry and commerce for clients from Latin America, the United States and Europe.

He graduated from the National University of San Marcos and completed his graduate master’s degree in criminal law at the same university. He is a professor in white-collar criminal law at the San Ignacio de Loyola University and of procedural criminal law at the University of Piura. In addition to his private practice, he has been consulted several times by government entities, including the Advisory Committee of the Commission of Human Rights of the Congress of the Republic of Peru as well as the Citizen Security Commission. He was also a member of the Commission for the Transfer of Government of the Justice and Human Rights Ministry (2016). He is recognised by international legal publications as a leading lawyer and recommended in his country as an expert within his field.
