About the Author

Esteban Baquero is an associate at FERRERE´s offices in Quito, Ecuador, and is a member of the labor, litigation, arbitration and project finance teams of the firm. He collaborates actively in civil, labor and contentious-administrative procedures and provides legal advice to multi-lateral lending institutions in project finance matters.
