Eduardo Koch leads the Infrastructure practice of Nicholson y Cano Abogados in Buenos Aires. With more than 25 years in the infrastructure field, he specialises in telecommunications, railways, water plants, sanitation, construction, oil and gas and energy matters. Eduardo has experience working with infrastructure issues across some Latin America countries. Eduardo also advises national and international infrastructure corporations on issues related to concessions and PPP schemes, development of financial schemes, calls for bids, tenders and competitive biddings.
Eduardo served as sub-director to the National Ministry of Public Works and Services and as legal adviser to the National Water Basins Committee. Eduardo was also Professor of Civil Law I at the University of Buenos Aires Law, Principles of Law at the Universidad de Belgrano, and at the postgraduate course of the Buenos Aires Law School (International Strategic Alliances and Joint Ventures). He is also member of the International Bar Association-Subcommittee International Construction Projects and International Arbitration Commission and the Society of Construction Law (UK). He has published several articles in legal magazines and participated in both national and international congresses and conferences on contracts and business organisations. Eduardo studied at the Harvard Law School (Program on Negotiation) and at the IMD University (Senior Executive Program).
