Analysis and/or drafting of invitations to bid and request for proposals, contracting strategies, including drafting of contracts and subcontracts, legal project management, involving the drafting of claims and/or counter-claims, and dispute resolution.

Founder of the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law (IBDiC). Member of the Society of Construction Law (UK). Member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (US). Member of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee (CJE Construction) of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP). Member of the New Entrepreneurs (NE) of the São Paulo State Housing Syndicate (Secovi-SP).
