About the Author
Julio graduated in 1966 (obtaining the Gold Medal) and obtained his PhD in Jurisprudence in 1970 at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad del Salvador.
He is professor of private law at Universidad de Buenos Aires, Universidad de San Andrés and UADE. He is co-author of the bill passed into law of the Bankruptcy and Reorganisation Law and its Reform (Law 25.589).
He is a member of Academia Nacional de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de Buenos Aires, Academia Peruana de Derecho, Academia Boliviana de Jurisprudencia, International Academy of Trial Lawyers, Académie Internationale de Droit Comparé, International Bar Association, UNIDROIT and Association Andrés Bello des juristes franco-latino-américains.
He is the author of 25 and more books, as well as 250 articles published in different countries, among them Arbitraje comercial.
