Martin Michaus-Fernandez is an associate at Hogan Lovells, who has worked at Hogan Lovells Washington, DC and Mexico City office. He focuses on the areas of competition, as well as constitutional, commercial and administrative litigation. He first joined Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa in 2011 (now Hogan Lovells (Mexico)) and then re-joined the firm in 2019 at the Washington DC office after completing an LLM at the University of Chicago Law School in 2018 under a CONACYT merit-based scholarship. Martin also has postgraduate studies on competition from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and obtained his law degree at Universidad Iberoamericana in 2014, where he was a receipt of the Academic Excellence merit-based scholarship during all his years of law school.
