About the Author
Joined the firm in 2017. He began his professional practice in public administration, at the Dominican Tax Collector afterwards, he joined the legal department of one of the top banks in the DR, and then, joined the regulatory affairs unit of the Superintendency of Electricity, having an outstanding participation in the drafting of multiple resolutions and regulations that rules this sector.
In the firm, he offers advice in corporate and business matters, focusing his services on energy generation projects of renewable sources, advice to public and private institutions in this sector, and administrative and public law. In addition, he represents the firm in the Association for the Promotion of Renewable Energies (ASOFER) in the Dominican Republic, as well as having participated as a speaker at conferences on renewable energies. Finally, he belongs to the Economy and Energy Commission of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE), as well as professor at the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE).
