YPF snaps up Apache’s Argentine assets

Argentina’s YPF has turned to regular counsel Estudio O’Farrell Abogados and the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP to buy the local assets of US oil and gas company Apache, part of a strategy to increase the state-owned company’s oil and gas output.
