YPF obtains US$150 million in international funding

Chadbourne & Parke LLP in the US and Argentina’s Nicholson y Cano Abogados have helped Argentina’s state-owned energy producer YPF issue US$150 million worth of bonds – the first time that an Argentine company has tapped the international markets in two years.
