Gold miner Yamana has turned to Argentina’s Beretta Godoy, Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP in Canada and US firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP to sign an agreement to acquire Argentina’s Extorre Gold Mines in a move that will hand the Canadian company control of the potentially lucrative Cerro Moro project.
