Xavier Bragança and DMBoulos in real estate deal

Brazilian firm Xavier Bragança Advogados has helped the Borges family enter into an agreement with a construction company to build a boutique hotel and luxury homes worth US$203 million to add to the hotel it already owns in Angra dos Reis, in the south of the state of Rio de Janeiro.
