World Economic Forum: Brazil's infrastructure 'appalling'

In its Global Competitiveness Report issued this week, the World Economic Forum consistently rated Brazil on a low-to-middling level for the quality of its infrastructure - but also second in the region for attractiveness to private infrastructure investors.
