Across Latin America, women in law are invited to events catering to their career development with greater frequency, while firms are discussing how to reduce the attrition rate of senior female lawyers and implementing policies designed to allow lawyers to manage responsibilities at home and at work. Yet our latest research suggests the number of female partners in Latin American firms has not risen in the last three years, while there is still a glaring absence of women leading law firms in most markets.
