Willkie Farr and prietocarrizosa help Turkish miner buy EBX's Colombian arm

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York and Colombia's prietocarrizosa have helped Turkish miner Yildirim pick up the Colombian arm of Brazil's EBX empire as part of an asset sell-off aimed at raising funds for the Brazilian company’s ongoing restructuring process.
