Wiese buys ING’s stake in insurance company

Peru’s Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados and US firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP have helped ING sell its minority stake in Peruvian life insurance company InVita Seguros de Vida to majority shareholder Grupo Wiese, a deal prompted by Grupo Sura’s acquisition of ING’s Latin American assets.
