Warner Bros buys Eyeworks assets in global deal

Brazil’s Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados, Spain’s Uría Menéndez, US firm O'Melveny & Myers LLP, Australia’s Gilbert + Tobin, UK firms Simmons & Simmons and Olswang LLP and Finland’s Roschier have helped the television production arm of Warner Bros buy production units from Dutch telecoms company Eyeworks for US$273 million.
