Volaris eyes US flights with US$346 million IPO

The New York office of Shearman & Sterling LLP and Mexico’s Ritch, Mueller, Heather y Nicolau, SC have helped Mexican low-cost airline Volaris raise at least US$346 million in its IPO, the first airline to list in Mexico since 2011.
