Visa snaps up Latin American fintech assets

Four Morrison & Foerster LLP offices, Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano Abogados in Lima, Costa Rican firm Nassar Abogados and Guevara & Gutiérrez - Servicios Legales in La Paz have helped US finance giant Visa acquire Miami-headquartered fintech YellowPepper, which operates in eight Latin American countries.
