Venezuela revises laws governing hazardous substances and waste

Legislation regulating procedures for dealing with waste and hazardous substances is due to be signed by the Venezuelan executive. Already approved by the National Assembly, the law will cover hazardous materials across the board, controlling every stage from their use and recovery to elimination and disposal.
