Venezuela requests new hearing in Conoco case

Venezuela has taken issue with an ICSID ruling from earlier this month that it failed to negotiate in good faith with ConocoPhillips over nationalised oil assets, citing evidence of settlement talks in US diplomatic cables released by Wikileaks.
