Venezuela faces Taiwanese claim at ICSID

Taiwan's state-owned petroleum company, CPC Corporation, has filed a claim against Venezuela at ICSID over oil expropriations, just as a tribunal began hearing ConocoPhillips' claim over the same oilfields in The Hague last week.
