Venezuela agrees US$600 million settlement with Cemex

D'Empaire Reyna Abogados and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP have helped Mexican cement company Cemex reach a US$600 million settlement with the Venezuelan government in compensation for its assets being seized when Venezuela’s cement sector was nationalised in 2008.
