Veirano helps Embratel close the year’s second largest debentures issuance

Embratel, Latin America’s largest provider of long distance telephony services, has relied on Veirano Advogados as deal counsel to issue debentures worth US$862 million – the first major deal inked by the firm’s capital markets team since its assimilation of Bragança Advogados less than a month earlier.
