Veirano counsels Hershey in chocolate plant acquisition

Veirano & Advogados Associados has advised Hershey International Limited and Hershey Foods Corporation in the acquisition of a plant owned by the Brazilian chocolate manufacturer Visagis SA Indústrias Alimentícias in the city of São Roque in São Paulo state. Visagis is well known in Brazil for its trademark Visconti.
