Veirano, Cárdenas & Cárdenas, Cariola Diez, Carvallo Bizzarri and Bennett Jones in joint venture split

Brazil’s Veirano Advogados Colombia’s Cárdenas & Cárdenas, Chile’s Cariola, Díez, Pérez-Cotapos & Cía Ltda and Carvallo, Bizzarri y García Abogados and the Calgary office of Bennett Jones have assisted in the sale of Canadian company ATCO’s participation in its joint venture, TecnoFast ATCO to its Santiago partner TecnoFast.
