Vale turns to Hong Kong

Norton Rose LLP, Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP have helped Vale become the first Latin American company to trade in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE), a move which some expect other Latin behemoths will follow.
