The US Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal by US investment funds NML Capital and EM Ltd seeking to seize US$105 million of Argentine Central Bank assets frozen in New York, part of a long-running legal fight launched by two of Argentina’s biggest holdout creditors from the country’s 2001 debt default.
