US Supreme Court inaction buys Argentina time in holdouts case

With Argentina’s legal battle against holdout creditors absent from yesterday’s released list of cases that the US Supreme Court will be taking up this term, a panel of lawyers and economists told an audience in London that “Argentina fatigue” could deter the justices from ever accepting the country’s petition.
