US pharma company incorporates in Chile

Bahamondez, Alvarez & Zegers Ltda in Chile and US firm Goodwin Procter LLP have helped pharmaceutical company Trigemina set up in Chile with financing from a local venture capital fund – one of the few examples of a Silicon Valley-based company looking to Latin America to raise funds.
