US media companies switch on to lucrative Latino market

In a bid to tap the fast growing Latino television market in the US, three media companies have merged their Spanish language assets into a single entity – a deal that involved the New York offices of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP and Greenberg Traurig LLP, Mexico’s Forastieri y Roqueñí, SC, the Austin office of Strasburger & Price, LLP, and Del, Shaw, Moonves, Tanaka, Finkelstein & Lezcano, LLP in Los Angeles.
