US government files request for Supreme Court intervention in Argentine debt case
The US government has filed a brief requesting that the Supreme Court intervene in hedge fund NML Capital’s attempts to gain information about Argentina’s non-US assets, part of a long-running litigation case aimed at recovering the full value of its debts dating back to Argentina’s 2001 default.
