US court throws out claims against Chiquita over Colombia killings

A Florida court has thrown out a lawsuit brought against US banana producer Chiquita by thousands of relatives of victims of Colombia's paramilitary forces, in a ruling which curbs foreign nationals' ability to claim damages against corporations in the US courts.
