US court orders Argentina to pay back debts to bondholders

A number of holdout creditors from Argentina’s 2001 debt default, including NML Capital and Aurelius Capital Management, have won a ruling from a US appeals court affirming a previous court order that obliged Argentina to treat its creditors equally and repay the debts owed to the funds rather than giving priority to other bondholders.
