US, Chilean and Peruvian firms advise in US$320-million senior secured notes offering

Chilean firm Carey y Cía Ltda advised PSEG Energy Holdings, Sempra Energy and their Chilean affiliates in the issuance of the US$320-million senior secured notes offering of Chilquinta Energía Finance Co LLC’s US$120-million aggregate principal amount of 6.47 per cent senior notes due 2008 and US$200-million aggregate principal amount of 6.62 per cent senior notes due 2011.
